At Cherry Collectables, we want you to love your new fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all tags remain attached and garments are in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
